	Mr. Orlofsky is the Executive VP of The Orlo Fund, where he is responsible for hard money lending, conventional financing as well as doing the due diligence and underwriting for each of the deals. Prior to working at The Orlo Fund, Mr. Orlofsky spent 5 years working in a major commercial financing company. Mr. Orlofsky was involved in closing over $100,000,000 worth of loans. Mr. Orlofsky received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law concentrating in the real estate field. While attending St. John’s University School of Law he was a senior member of The New York Litigator and President for the Jewish Law School Association as well as clerking for the Honorable Judge Ritholtz, Supreme Court, Queens County.
